Littlemore Scientific Engineering Company (ELSEC) is a medium sized company formerly based at Littlemore on the outskirts of Oxford, UK. We started in the 1950's to manufacture specialized equipment for Oxford University. Since then we have branched out into the markets described here. In May 2005 we moved to new premises in Dorset. We specialize in the manufacture of scientific instruments requiring mechanical and electronic engineering.
