INSTALLATION

PW is supplied as a self extracting archive. The archive is PKZIP compatible for easy virus checking.

To install under Windows 95:

IF the downloaded file (PWxxx.EXE - where xxx=version number) has appeared on your desktop then simply double-click on it and follow the instructions.

Otherwise:

  1. Click on Start
  2. Click on Run.
  3. Type C:\dirname\PWxxx.EXE [Where C:\dirname is the directory the downloaded file in and PWxxx.EXE is the name of the downloaded file] OR Press the browse button to locate the file
  4. Click OK
  5. Follow the installation instructions

 

From floppy disc:

  1. Click on Start
  2. Click on Run...
  3. Type A:\Setup.exe [Where A: is the floppy drive] OR Press the browse button to locate the file
  4. Click OK
  5. Follow the installation instructions
